How to Make Oyster Omelet (hoy Tod) Recipe

In a bowl add 2 cups chili sauce and 1 cup sweet chili sauce, mix well. In another bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, ½ cup cornstarch, ½ cup crispy flour, and 1 ½ cup cool water and mix it to a smooth batter.


Add the mussels, mix well, and set it aside for 30mins.

In a bowl add 2 tbsp oil, and add the batter, on top add one egg and spread it well on top of the batter. Flip it and let it cook from the other side as well. In the same pan add 1 cup bean sprouts, and saute them.


Top it with 1tsp ground pepper, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, and the dipping sauce.
