Ingredients for Oxtail Recipe

  • 1 kilogram Oxtail
  • As required Cooking Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 No.s Onion
  • 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 2 No.s Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 1 teaspoon All purpose Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 can Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Red wine
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock

Directions: Oxtail Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.heat some oil in a pan and add sugar to it. once the sugar gets caramelized add oxtail into the oan.

step 2

  • STEP 1. cook it until it turns golden brown. to this add chopped onions and cook until they turn brown.

step 3

  • STEP 1. season it with some salt and add garlic and chopped bell peppers. add all the spices to this and cook for two minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 1. now add ketchup and chopped tomatoes to this and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 1. pour in some chicken stock and wine in the pan and let it simmer at low heat for four hours.
