Massel chicken style liquid stock

Multigrain dry breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 200c. Cut cauliflower into large pieces and place into a small baking dish. Pour over chicken stock, dot with half of the butter and season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes then remove foil.

Meanwhile, melt remaining butter and combine with breadcrumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over cauliflower (the breadcrumbs will thicken the stock making a sauce) return to the oven for 5 minutes until cheese has melted. Serve with chicken.
