  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • STEP 1.Marinate the pork shoulder with turmeric powder, salt, and ginger-garlic paste.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated pork shoulder and cook until it turns brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.Add water and cover the pan. Cook on low heat until the pork is tender.
