  • 300 gram Ouu
  • 1.50 tablespoon Jaggery
  • 2 tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Fennel powder
  • 1 tablespoon Panchfuron
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder

How to Make Ou Khatta Recipe

STEP 01

Take a pan, heat some oil and add a tablespoon of panchfuron, bay leaf, dry chilies, cardamom, clove, curry leaves and saute nicely. Now add ou.  fry nicely.

STEP 02

Then add turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well. Cumin powder, red chili powder, water as required and add jaggery and make a boil. Cook on high flame. Cook for 5 minutes.

STEP 03

Add chaat masala if you want.
