Ingredients for Ou Khatta Recipe

  • 300 gram Ouu
  • 1.50 tablespoon Jaggery
  • 2 tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Fennel powder
  • 1 tablespoon Panchfuron
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder

Directions: Ou Khatta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan, heat some oil and add a tablespoon of panchfuron, bay leaf, dry chilies, cardamom, clove, curry leaves and saute nicely. Now add ou.  fry nicely.
  • STEP 2.Then add turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well. Cumin powder, red chili powder, water as required and add jaggery and make a boil. Cook on high flame. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add chaat masala if you want.
