STEP 2.Soak dried chilli in hot water for 30 mins.

STEP 3.Grind all the ingredients of chilli paste and add some oil in the mixture only if it is too dry for grinding.

STEP 4.Add some oil in a pan & fry the prepared chilli paste until it becomes sambal sauce,add coriander powder,sugar and salt.

STEP 10.Clean banana leaves and wipe dry with a cloth piece.

STEP 11.Brush the dull side of the banana leaf with oil and add 2 tbsp of otak paste.

STEP 12.Now fasten the two ends with toothpicks making sure that there is no leakage.

STEP 13.1.grill the otak for 5-6 mins from each side and then serve it when it becomes firm.
