  • 200 gram dried Soba
  • 1 C Daikon radish, grated
  • 1/2 C Tenkasu
  • 2-3 green onions
  • As required ginger root
  • 0.33 C Mentsuyu
  • 0.67 C cold water
  • As required Nori ,thinly sliced

  • STEP 1.Cook soba according to packet instructions.

  • STEP 1.Wash in running water and let it cool.

  • STEP 1.Place the cooked noodles in a bowl top with tenkasu, daikon radish, green onions, ginger and nori, sprinkle soy sauce over it then serve.
