Ingredients for Orange Dessert Recipe

  • As required cake base:
  • 1/4 cup Maida
  • 0.13 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Orange zest
  • 0.07 tsp baking soda
  • 0.13 nos Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 0.13 cup Curd
  • As required For orang sauce :
  • 0.13 cup Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Butter
  • As required Poached fruits
  • 1/2 nos apple and orange
  • 1/4 cup Orange juice
  • 1/4 cup jaggery powder
  • As required Cardamom
  • As required Cinnamon
  • As required Cream cheese frosting:
  • 1 cups full fat milk
  • 1 cups Fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • As required ornage zest

Directions: Orange Dessert Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix all Dry ingredients and keep a side In another bowl add curd, butter and mix well then add sugar powder and zest. After that add dry ingredients and mix it Pour batter in a baking bowl and bake for 15 min on low gas flame.
  • STEP 2.In a pan add orange juice , sugar and simmer for 3-5 minutes then add butter and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Poached fruits (boil apple and orange in 2 cup water, 1/2 Cup Orange juice, 1/2 cup jaggery powder, cardamom, cinnamon for 20 to 25 min.)
  • STEP 4.cream cheese frosting: In a pan add milk , cream and bring it to boil, Add lime juice. The mixture will curdle. Strain this mixture through a muslin cloth and let it sit undisturbed for 15 minutes. Then add in the mixture bowl and make Creamy consistency. Add Orange zest and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Plat all elements.
