Ingredients for Orange Blossom With White Chocolate Mousse Recipe

  • 7 ounce white chocolate
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
  • As required Orange zest

Directions: Orange Blossom With White Chocolate Mousse Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Place the icy and heavy cream in a large bowl. Beat with an electrical beater (at high speed) for 5 minutes until the cream becomes creamy with soft white peaks. Add on the sugar all at once and continue beating for another minute or so.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Place the white chocolate in a bowl, and melt in a bain-marie (in a bowl over boiling water).

step 3

  • STEP 3.Once the chocolate has completely melted, remove the bowl from the boiling water, and place it on the counter. Let it cool down for 5 minutes before integrating it with the cream.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Gently, pleat in the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture using a spatula. Mix them gently, with a circular movement (scooping in and scooping out), from top to bottom, so the mousse stays airy and fluffy.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add the orange blossom water to the mousse and gently mix it in. Place in cups and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Top with orange zest before serving.

step 7

  • STEP 7.Bon appetit!
