Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.
  • STEP 3.Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms and sauté until softened and lightly browned.
