Technique 1.
Maker normal batter. Next day post fermentation SCOOP OUT gently the top portion to make desired iddlies.
Balance shut it and leave it for fermetation.
Next day make sada dosa or masala dosa with same SCOOPING PROCESS.
Shut and keep aside.
