STEP 1.Crush in a grinder 1 cup of grated coconut, 2 green chilly, 3 garlic pods. Keep aside.

STEP 1.Pour about 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp mustard seeds into oil and wait till it splutters.

STEP 1.Then add dry red chilly and a few curry. Saute well.

STEP 1.Transfer the 2 cups of chopped onion and saute till it becomes tender.

STEP 1.Add a pinch of salt to taste and ¼ tsp turmeric powder. Continue stirring on medium flame.

STEP 1.Cook with the lid on for 2 minutes of time.

STEP 1.Add the crushed ingredients and again cook with the cover for next 2 minutes.

STEP 1.Turn off the flame and serve the dish into a plate.
