  • 1/4 cup Thick yogurt
  • 0.13 cup water adjust to get the desired consistency
  • 0.13 cup 1/2 small onion finely chopped around ¼
  • 1/4 g small green chili pepper finely
  • 1/4 tablespoon Finely chopped curry leaves
  • 0.06 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder adjust as per taste
  • As Required as per taste Ground black pepper
  • As Required As per taste Salt

Directions: Onion Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put yogurt in a large bowl. Add water and whisk until smooth.
  • STEP 2.Add all the remaining ingredients and mix.
  • STEP 3.Serve chilled with any Indian meal or drizzle over your favorite appetizers.
