Ingredients for Onion Paratha Recipe

  • 0.67 cups Wheat flour
  • 0.33 cup Finely chopped onion
  • As Required as per requirement Water
  • 0.33 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  • 0.33 tsp Oil
  • 0.33 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.33 tsp Chili powder
  • 6 As Required Ghee for roasting paratha
  • As Required as per taste Salt

Directions: Onion Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly in a mixing bowl add chopped onion, chopped chili, and coriander leaves. Mix it well. Further, add spices and keep aside
  • STEP 2.Now prepare wheat flour dough like normal chapati dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.After the dough has rested for 15 minutes, knead the dough slightly. After pinching, a ball-sized dough, rolls about 5 inches in diameter..
  • STEP 4.Take 2 tbsp full of prepared onion stuffing in the center. Place some flour and roll to a chapati size.
  • STEP 5.On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook both sides. Now brush ghee and press slightly.
  • STEP 6.Finally serve hot onion paratha recipe / pyaaz ka paratha recipe with sauce, raita or pickle.
