  • STEP 1.Peel the bitter gourd and cut it into thin slices.
  • STEP 2.Sprinkle salt over the bitter gourd slices and let them sit for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Squeeze out the excess water from the bitter gourd slices.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Add the bitter gourd slices and cook until they are tender.
  • STEP 7.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  • STEP 8.Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
