  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1 No.s Chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cup penne pasta
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • As required Black olives
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • As required Basil leaves

How to Make One Pot Pasta Recipe

STEP 01

1. In a pan take olive oil, butter, chilli flakes and italian herbs. Saute it for 30 seconds.

STEP 02

2. Add 1 chopped onion and saute it for 3-4 minutes.

STEP 03

3. Now add 1 tsp grated garlic and cook it for 1 minute.

STEP 04

4. Pour the tomato puree, salt and black pepper in the pan. Mix well and cook it for 5 minutes.

STEP 05

5. Add 3 cups of water in the pan along with the penne pasta and stir it.

STEP 06

6. To this add ½ tsp italian herbs. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes.

STEP 07

7. After 10 minutes pour half a cup of heavy cream into the pan and add black olives and parmesan cheese.

STEP 08

8. Cover and cook for 5 more minutes.

STEP 09

9. Add some fresh basil leaves on top and your quick pasta is ready.
