  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika

  • 0.06 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 ounce Haloumi Cheese, Cut Into Chunks
  • as required Fresh Cilantro, Chopped

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • STEP 2.In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  • STEP 3.Add rice, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, vegetable broth, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  • STEP 4.Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover the skillet. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
