  • 3/4-1 tablespoon Olive Oil Separated
  • 1/4 Package ground italian sausage make sure to use italian since it has a ton of added flavor
  • 1/4 pound Broccoli stems removed; coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup Chicken stock or chicken broth
  • 1/4 Package barilla pronto noodles i used rotini
  • 0.19 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • pinch Optional:fresh parsley for garnish, squeeze of lemon, pinch of red pepper flakes
