A unique dish of adding omlette to a spicy and delicious curry prepared with some aromatic and flavourful spices which tastes best when served with steamed rice.
STEP 1.Break the eggs , to separate the yolk and egg whites. In the yolks add green chilies,onions and salt
STEP 2.Mix well. Whisk the egg white and mix the yolks together
STEP 3.Heat a pan with oil. Add the egg batter and place mashed potatoes like small balls in it
STEP 4.Let it fry slowly. Cook in a microwave for 15mins in 180 degree celsius
STEP 5.Cut the omelette in to small portions
STEP 6.Heat a pan with mustard oil. Temper with dried red chilies, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and cumin seeds
STEP 7.Add the sliced onions and fry well. Add sugar and fry until brown. Add ginger paste, green chillies garlic paste and tomatoes, cook it until it becomes soft.
STEP 8.Add the mixed spices, water and cook for 12
minutes. Add in boiled potatoes, omlette and green chillies to the pan.
STEP 9.Cook for 10 minutes. Add pinch of shahi garam masala
