  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 chopped green chilies
  • 2 gram ginger
  • 40 gram Onions
  • 2 gram salt
  • As required Mustard oil
  • 80 gram mash boiled potatoes
  • As required For the curry
  • 200 gram Sliced onions
  • 5 gram Garlic paste
  • 5 piece Green chilies
  • As required Ginger paste
  • 60 gram Tomato
  • 200 gram Boiled potatoes
  • 2 gram cumin
  • 2 gram Coriander
  • 2 gram Turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chili
  • As required Water
  • 4 Cloves
  • 3 dried red chilies
  • 4 Cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 22 gram Salt
  • 12 gram Sugar
  • 25 gram Mustard oil

How to Make Omelette Curry Recipe

STEP 01

Break the eggs , to separate the yolk and egg whites. In the yolks add green chilies,onions and salt

STEP 02

Mix well. Whisk the egg white and mix the yolks together

STEP 03

Heat a pan with oil. Add the egg batter and place mashed potatoes like small balls in it

STEP 04

Let it fry slowly. Cook in a microwave for 15mins in 180 degree celsius

STEP 05

Cut the omelette in to small portions

STEP 06

Heat a pan with mustard oil. Temper with dried red chilies, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and cumin seeds

STEP 07

Add the sliced onions and fry well. Add sugar and fry until brown. Add ginger paste, green chillies garlic paste and tomatoes, cook it until it becomes soft.

STEP 08

Add the mixed spices, water and cook for 12 minutes. Add in boiled potatoes, omlette and green chillies to the pan.

STEP 09

Cook for 10 minutes. Add pinch of shahi garam masala
