  • 62.50 gram Okra, Washed And Dried
  • 1/2 Medium Sized Potatoes, Peeled And Diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Poppy Seed Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and dry the okra, then cut them into small pieces. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add the poppy seed paste. Cook for a few minutes until the paste turns golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the diced potatoes and cook until they are slightly tender. Then add the okra and cook until they are cooked through.
  • STEP 4.Season with salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
