  • 0.40 cup beaten rice (chivda)
  • 20 gram Peanuts
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/5 Tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.40 Tbsp ½ teaspoon
  • 0.40 Tbsp Little bit of oil

Directions: Oil Free Namkin Chivda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan add peanut and fry for a minute
  • STEP 2.Add hing, curry leaves and fry for a 20 minutes
  • STEP 3.And poha, turmeric powder, salt and chili powder
  • STEP 4.Simar the hate to low and fry for 20 to 25 minutes till poha is crispy.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and cool.
  • STEP 6.Ready to serve and Store in an airtight container.
