  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onions
