  • 1 cup ogbono
  • 4 cup stock beef or chicken
  • As required Meat
  • 1 cup Stock Fish
  • As required Salt
  • 2 Nos stock cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Crayfish
  • As required Ugwu Kale
  • 3/4 cup periwinkle
  • 0.33 cup palm oil

How to Make Ogbono Soup Recipe

STEP 01

Blend ogbono seeds and keep it aside in a bowl.

STEP 02

1.boil cow meat, beef along with some chopped onions,red chilli flakes, seasoning powder and salt as per taste.

STEP 01

Cover the pot with the lid and cook it for about 20 minutes. After 20 mins add stockfish (boneless)in the boiling pot and cook it for 5 minutes.

STEP 01

Then add blend ogbono mixture,periwinkle,crayfish and palm oil. Add water as per the desired consistency and cook it for 10 minutes.

6. Lastly,add the ugwu leaves,mix it and cook it for a minute.
