A delicious, easy soup prepared from ogbono,meat,periwinkle & ugwu which is a very populae appetizer originating from the African cuisine which can be a perfect fit for your dinner parties, get togethers and weekend brunch.
STEP 1.Blend ogbono seeds and keep it aside in a bowl.

STEP 2.1.boil cow meat, beef along with some chopped onions,red chilli flakes, seasoning powder and salt as per taste.

STEP 1.Cover the pot with the lid and cook it for about 20 minutes. After 20 mins add stockfish (boneless)in the boiling pot and cook it for 5 minutes.

STEP 1.Then add blend ogbono mixture,periwinkle,crayfish and palm oil. Add water as per the desired consistency and cook it for 10 minutes.

STEP 3.6. Lastly,add the ugwu leaves,mix it and cook it for a minute.
