Ingredients for Oats & Orange Coconut Parfait Recipe

  • 4 tablespoon Oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon Desiccated coconut
  • As required NutriChoice Oats and Orange biscuits broken
  • piece Orange and pomegranate
  • As required Sunflower seeds for topping

Directions: Oats & Orange Coconut Parfait Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a pan add 4 tbsp oats and 1cup water. Cook until the oats is done. Cool completely.

step 2

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 4 tbsp desiccated coconut.

step 3

  • STEP 1.To this add the cooked oats and 2 tbsp honey. Mix well together.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Layer a jar with broken nutri-choice oats & orange biscuits. Spoon the yogurt into the jar over the biscuit layer. Add a few pieces of orange and pomegranate.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Spoon another layer of the yogurt mixture followed by some more oranges and pomegranates and some broken biscuits. Sprinkle some sunflower seeds. Cap the jar and refrigerate.
