  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon Desiccated coconut

How to Make Oats & Orange Coconut Parfait Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

In a pan add 4 tbsp oats and 1cup water. Cook until the oats is done. Cool completely.

STEP 01

In a mixing bowl add 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 4 tbsp desiccated coconut.

STEP 01

To this add the cooked oats and 2 tbsp honey. Mix well together.

STEP 01

Layer a jar with broken nutri-choice oats & orange biscuits. Spoon the yogurt into the jar over the biscuit layer. Add a few pieces of orange and pomegranate.

STEP 01

Spoon another layer of the yogurt mixture followed by some more oranges and pomegranates and some broken biscuits. Sprinkle some sunflower seeds. Cap the jar and refrigerate.
