  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine oats, fenugreek leaves, whole wheat flour, besan, and spices.
  • STEP 2.Add yogurt and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
  • STEP 3.Shape the dough into cylindrical rolls and steam them for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Once cooked, let them cool slightly and then cut them into slices.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and temper with mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 6.Add the sliced muthia and sauté until golden brown.
