  • 0.13 cup Urad Dal
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak oats, rice, and lentils in water for a few hours.
  • STEP 2.Grind the soaked ingredients into a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Ferment the batter overnight or for 8-10 hours.
  • STEP 4.Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter onto it.
  • STEP 5.Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  • STEP 6.Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Flip the dosa and cook the other side for a minute.
  • STEP 8.Remove the dosa from the pan and keep it aside.
  • STEP 9.In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions.
  • STEP 10.Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 11.Add mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 12.Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 13.Place a portion of the potato masala filling on one half of the dosa.
  • STEP 14.Fold the dosa over the filling and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
