Dry roast Oats till oats turn aromatic and allow to cool. After cooling grind into powder.
assemble ingredients
In a mixing bowl add powder oats, break Eggs and whisk well, then add milk + add salt + turmeric + Maggi Masala + all veggies and give a nice mix.
Batter is ready to go to pan
In low heated pan, add butter and allow to melt, then pour the mixture and spread evenly, cover and cook under low flame for 5-6 minutes.
cook under low flame, surface turns firming.
Flip and cook the other side for 4-5 minutes.
Keep in stand by mode for few seconds and Oats Omelet is done. Cut into pieces.
serve with any fresh fruit juice
