Ingredients for OATS Egg Omelette Recipe

  • 0.67 Pieces Egg
  • 0.08 cup Instant oats
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 0.33 Pieces Small onion
  • 0.33 Pieces Small carrot
  • 0.33 Pieces Small tomato
  • 0.67 Pieces Green chilli
  • 1 tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp Magic Maggi masala
  • 0.33 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 g Pinch turmeric

Directions: Oats Egg Omelette Recipe

  • STEP 1.Dry roast Oats till oats turn aromatic and allow to cool. After cooling grind into powder.
  • STEP 2.assemble ingredients
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl add powder oats, break Eggs and whisk well, then add milk + add salt + turmeric + Maggi Masala + all veggies and give a nice mix.
  • STEP 4.Batter is ready to go to pan
  • STEP 5.In low heated pan, add butter and allow to melt, then pour the mixture and spread evenly, cover and cook under low flame for 5-6 minutes.
  • STEP 6.cook under low flame, surface turns firming.
  • STEP 7.Flip and cook the other side for 4-5 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Keep in stand by mode for few seconds and Oats Omelet is done. Cut into pieces.
  • STEP 9.serve with any fresh fruit juice
