  • STEP 1.In a blender, grind oats into a fine powder.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, rice flour, yogurt, salt, and water. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Heat a non-stick pan or dosa tawa over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  • STEP 4.Drizzle some oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until it turns golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Flip the dosa and cook for a minute on the other side.
  • STEP 6.Remove the dosa from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  • STEP 7.Serve the oats dosa hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
