Oats Buttermilk is used for weight loss and diet. Oats buttermilk is also very useful for maintaining cholesterol and sugar levels. This drink is not only healthy but also tasty. This drink is very much liked during summer times. It can also be called as a summer special drink. Buttermilk itself is known to be best during summer times. There are many benefits for taking this drink after exercise. The drink contains oats, curd, coriander, mint and spicy spices. To make oats buttermilk more tasty, soda is added instead of water so that this drink is very fun to drink. #cvf

Ingredients for Oats buttermilk soda Recipe

  • 3/4 tsp Oats
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tbsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt
  • to taste According to taste salt
  • 0.13 tsp Chaat masala
  • A Handful As needed Coriander
  • As Required As needed Mint leaves
  • 1/2 Pieces Ginger
  • 1/2 Pieces greenchili
  • 1/2 Pieces Soda

Directions: Oats Buttermilk Soda Recipe

  • STEP 1.01. The oats are to be roasted in a pan over very low heat, then after cooling, add a little water and let it simmer for ten to fifteen minutes.
  • STEP 2.02. Once the water is well absorbed in the oats, it has to be crushed in a mixer jar. Crushed oats are to be taken in a bowl.
  • STEP 3.03. Take coriander, mint, chilli and ginger in a mixer and crush it.
  • STEP 4.04. Now add curd and crushed oats in the same jar and mix again. Along with this, add spices, chaat masala, cumin powder and salt to taste.
  • STEP 5.05. Now this mixture has to be transferred to a glass. The glass has to be half filled. Now add soda on top and mix a little.
  • STEP 6.06. Here our oats buttermilk soda is ready.
