  • 1/4 cup Nutri
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the nutri in hot water for 15-20 minutes and squeeze out the excess water.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and ginger-garlic paste.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add the soaked nutri and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with kulchas.

Cooking Tips

  • You can add chopped capsicum or bell peppers for extra flavor and crunch.
  • Adjust the spice level according to your preference.
  • Serve the kulchas with a dollop of butter for added richness.
