Ingredients for Nutri Kabab Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Soy Granules
  • 1/2 Medium Sized Potatoes, Boiled And Mashed
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Carrot, Grated
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as needed Oil For Shallow Frying

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.1. Soak the soy granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out the excess water.
  • STEP 2.2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked soy granules, mashed potatoes, finely chopped onions, grated carrots, chopped coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 3.3. Mix well to form a dough-like mixture. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round or oval-shaped kababs.
  • STEP 4.4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Shallow fry the kababs until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  • STEP 5.5. Serve the Nutri Kababs hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
  • STEP 6.6. These kababs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • STEP 7.7. Reheat the kababs in a preheated oven or microwave before serving.
