  • 1/4 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Tomato, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 3.Add Nutrela Soya granules, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, and the cooked Nutrela Soya mixture. Knead into a soft dough using water.
  • STEP 5.Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each ball into a circle. Cook the parathas on a hot tawa with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 6.Serve the Nutrela Soya Parathas hot with yogurt or pickle.
