  • 10 sheets Nori
  • 2 cup Dashi
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sake
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin

Directions: Nori Tsukudani Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pot tear and add nori to dashi, heat constantly for 5mins
  • STEP 2.When the nori get thick , add soy sauce, sake and mirin
  • STEP 3.Dry the liquid and serve
