Without using yeast and eggs can naan get fluffy and soft..!!!? answer is yes., you can replace it by using baking powder and baking soda. These two ingredients helps to make naan soft and get fluffy texture. It is very simple and easy to prepare it takes less than an hour. Homemade naan is always healthier too, i did this on tawa without using oven.
