Ingredients for No oven eggless coffee cake Recipe
0.33 cups All pupose flour
0.17 tsp Baking powder
0.17 cup Sugar
0.17 cup Yogurt
0.17 tsp Baking soda
0.17 tsp Vanilla extract
1/25 cup Oil
1/2 tsp Instant coffee powder
1/25 cup Chopped walnuts
0.83 cups Whipped cream
0.08 tsp Instant coffee powder
Directions: No Oven Eggless Coffee Cake Recipe
STEP 1.Sift flour and baking powder keep aside.
STEP 2.In a mixing bowl ,mix together the yogurt and sugar,add baking soda ,set aside for 5 minutes till mixture gets frothy.
STEP 3.Stir in vanilla essence and coffee powder and oil .
STEP 4.Finally stir in the flour mixture and beat until just well combined.
STEP 5.Remove batter to a prepared greased cake tin 7" .
STEP 6.Bake in preheated aluminium vessel ,preheat it for 10 minutes on low to medium flame while u prepare the batter.
STEP 7.Then place a stand inside it
STEP 8.As soon as batter is ready transfer it in greased cake tin and place it on stand inside aluminium vessel.
STEP 9.Cover the aluminium vessel .,dont place any sand or salt in bottom of aluminium vessel .
STEP 10.Bake the cake on flame bit more than low flame for 30 - 35 minutes .
STEP 11.Meanwhile beat the whipping cream with electric beater, add instant coffee to it
STEP 12.Fill it in piping bag inserting a star nossel to it.
STEP 13.Put this piping bag in freeze .
STEP 14.Now take out the tin,unmould the cake after 2 hours.
STEP 15.Then cut the cake into three layers ,sprinkle water on each layer of cake
STEP 16.With spatula apply whipped cream on each layer of cake and sprinkle coffee powder on each layer
STEP 17.Lastly cover the entire cake with whipped cream and garnish it with star design of nossel with swirls on cake and star on bottom of cake.
STEP 18.Garnish the cake with chocolate balls.
