Ingredients for No Knead Sattu and Beet root Bread Recipe

  • 1/4 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 0.38 Tsp yeast
  • 1/4 Cup Lukewarm Beetroot juice
  • 0.19 Cup Sattu flour
  • 1/4 Cup Bread flour
  • 0.38 Tbsp coconut powder
  • 0.38 Tbsp brown sugar powdered
  • 0.13 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Pieces Egg
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions: No Knead Sattu And Beet Root Bread Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add brown sugar and yeast in lukewarm beet root juice,mix and left for 10 to 15 minutes for rising
  • STEP 2.In a large mixing bowl add sattu, coconut flour and bread flour,  add powdered brown sugar, salt and mix well
  • STEP 3.Now add egg and yeast mixture and mix till all combined well, add some oil in between for smooth the dough
  • STEP 4.Grease  some oil over the top and keep aside In warm place for rising for atleast one hour
  • STEP 5.Now transfer the dough in a already greased round mold, sprinkle some flour over the top and make some cuts over the dough, cover it and again left the for second proofing for atleast 30 minutes
  • STEP 6.Add some flour and coconut powder, mix well and Keep aside
  • STEP 7.Preheat the oven and bake this for 30 to 35 minutes at 180*
  • STEP 8.When done left out and rest to cool
  • STEP 9.Cut and enjoy the healthy bread with any  soups and gravy...
