How to Make No Bake Motichoor Ladoo Cheesecake Recipe

STEP 01

In a food processor add 12 broken Britannia NutriChoice Digestive Hi Fibre biscuits and blend to make a coarse crumb and empty into a mixing bowl.

STEP 02

Add 2 tbsp softened butter and mix to make a coarse crumb mixture. It should hold easily andbreak when pressed.

STEP 03

Place motichoor ladoos in a bowl and crumble the ladoos.

STEP 04

Into a stand mixer add 1 ½ cup hung curd or greek yogurt, 1 ½ cup Britannia Classic Cream Cheese and whisk on high speed until stiff peaks are formed.

STEP 05

Add 1 tbsp rose water, 2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp cardamom powder. Mix on high speed for 2 minutes.

STEP 06

Take a short glass tumbler and spoon in the crumb mixture. Press it down to form the first layer. Then spoon in the yogurt cheese mixture. Lastly top it off with the crumbled motichoor ladoo.Sprinkle some cut pistachios on top.

STEP 07

Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours and serve chilled
