Directions: No Bake Eggless Cheesecake Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Prepare the Base
  • STEP 2.Crush biscuits finely (rolling pin / mixer).
  • STEP 3.Mix with melted butter until it feels like damp sand and holds shape when pressed.
  • STEP 4.Press firmly into the bottom of your container/tiffin box.
  • STEP 5.Refrigerate 20–30 minutes to set.
  • STEP 6.2. Prepare the Filling
  • STEP 7.In a blender, add paneer + sugar. Blend until smooth.
  • STEP 8.Add fresh cream and blend again until light and creamy.
  • STEP 9.If too thick, add 1–2 tbsp milk just to loosen (should be creamy, not runny).
  • STEP 10.Taste and adjust sweetness.
  • STEP 11.3. Assemble
  • STEP 12.Pour filling over the chilled biscuit base.
  • STEP 13.Smooth the top with a spoon/spatula.
  • STEP 14.4. Chill
  • STEP 15.Refrigerate for at least 6–8 hours or overnight (not freezer).
  • STEP 16.The filling will firm up nicely.
  • STEP 17.5. Serve
  • STEP 18.Scoop directly from the box or cut into slices if using a detachable tin.
