  • 250 gram Date Paste
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon orange blossom water

Directions: No Bake Coconut Date Rolls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Start by slicing the raisins thinly, in a large mixing bowl, place the date paste and add the sliced raisins and mix well with a spatula or your palms.

  • STEP 2.Add the ground cinnamon and orange blossom water, then mix well with the tips of your fingers and palm, until all ingredients are well mixed and combined.

  • STEP 3.Now place unsweetened dried shredded coconut on a large plate, sprinkle a handful of the coconut on your workstation, and roll the date mixture into a 2-inch log on top of the coconut. So that it has a fine layer of coconut.

  • STEP 4.Now that you have a beautiful coconut date log, cut it into bite-size rolls, roll them in coconut, and add them to small paper cups.
