A delicious fried rice prepared in palm oil along with habanero pepper, smoked fish, white pepper and chicken bouillon powder, Cauliflower palm oil rice can be served with any choice of meat for a delicious, satisfying, healthy meal.

Grind crayfish coarsely and keep it aside
Blend garlic cloves along with some water and make a paste.
Clean and wash rice 3-4 times.
Add palm oil in a cooking pot & heat it. Add chopped onions and saute it for 2 minutes.
Then add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft. Add blend garlic paste, crayfish followed by washed rice.
5. Now add 5 cups of water and stir it. Add salt as per taste followed by chicken bouillon powder,white pepper,smoked fish, habanero pepper and cook it for 40 mins with the lid on.
7. Turn off the flame and serve it
