STEP 2.Grind all 4 ingredients to paste. Add curd Add little water to make it paste.
STEP 3.Take oil in a pan. Add cinnamon sticks, cumin seeds, cardamom, and cloves. Add ginger garlic paste. Then add masala paste. Do not add any water at this point. Let it fry well and let all water evaporate. Sometime in the middle while frying, add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
