Ingredients for Nizami curd paneer sabji(Hyderabad sp.) Recipe

  • 1.25 tbsp Coconut Powder
  • 3/4 Tbsp tb sp roasted peanuts
  • 0.13 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 62.50 g Paneer
  • 0.06 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.38 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp aram masala powder
  • 0.06 tsp celery seeds (ajmud)
  • 1/2 tsp inger paste
  • 0.13 tbsp kasuri methi

Directions: Nizami Curd Paneer Sabji(hyderabad Sp.) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roast peanuts, coconut powder, and poppy seeds. Shallow fry onions.
  • STEP 2.Grind all 4 ingredients to paste. Add curd Add little water to make it paste.
  • STEP 3.Take oil in a pan. Add cinnamon sticks, cumin seeds, cardamom, and cloves. Add ginger garlic paste. Then add masala paste. Do not add any water at this point. Let it fry well and let all water evaporate. Sometime in the middle while frying, add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
