  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced beef
  • 1 package Tofu
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1/2 cup Water

Directions: Niku Tofu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the beef into bite size
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add the beef
  • STEP 3.Add the tofu and onions
  • STEP 4.Add all the ingredients and mix well
  • STEP 5.Cook for 15mins and serve
