Made with butter, milk, eggs, all purpose flour, baking powder and sugar this sweet snack is made by deep frying this batter and is best served with tea or coffee.

Ingredients for Nigerian Buns Recipe

  • 3 cup All purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Nos Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • As required Vegetable oil enough for deep frying

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add flour,baking powder,salt and mix.

  • STEP 2.Now add in cracked eggs,butter,milk and mix thoroughly.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add oil in a pan & heat it until little smokey.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Now add the batter into the pan with a scoop and fry it until golden brown.
