  • As required Coarse salt and ground pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 Small shallot, minced
  • 0.06 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 can Solid white tuna packed in oil, drained and broken into chunks

  • 1.50 Plum tomatoes, halved
  • 0.13 cup Nicoise or kalamata olives
