Slice onion and tomato and clean the fish thoroughly. Add groundnut oil in a pot and heat,mustard, urad dal, few curry leaves,onion

Now add ginger paste, turmeric powder,salt and cook for 5 minutes and add red chilli powder, coriander powder and dried anchovy fish.

Add water,curry leaves and cook for 5-7 minutes and add ½ cup oil separately and add fried buttermilk chilli and fry well.

In the same oil fry dried buttermilk turkey berry, separately,fry well and take curd in a pot,add 1 spn salt and shallots.
