  • 1 No.s Onion
  • 2 No.s Tomato
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • 3 Groundnut oil sp
  • 1 Mustard sp
  • 1/2 Urad dal sp
  • As required Curry leaves
  • 1 Ginger garlic paste spn
  • 1/4 Turmeric powder spn
  • 1/2 Salt spn
  • 1 Red chilli powder spn
  • 1 Coriander powder spn
  • As required Dried anchovy fish
  • 1/2 glass Water
  • 10 Dried buttermilk chilli
  • 15 Dried buttermilk turkey berry
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 3 No.s Shallot

Directions: Nethilli Karuvaddu Gravy Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Slice onion and tomato and clean the fish thoroughly. Add groundnut oil in a pot and heat,mustard, urad dal, few curry leaves,onion

  • STEP 1.Now add ginger paste, turmeric powder,salt and cook for 5 minutes and add red chilli powder, coriander powder and dried anchovy fish.

  • STEP 1.Add water,curry leaves and cook for 5-7 minutes and add ½ cup oil separately and add fried buttermilk chilli and fry well.

step 10

  • STEP 1.In the same oil fry dried buttermilk turkey berry, separately,fry well and take curd in a pot,add 1 spn salt and shallots.
