Makar Sankranti or Poush Sankranti is one of our favorite festival of Bengalis .We always make pithe ,payesh in this day. make this festival more sweet . Here I try yo make our traditional sweet with my way. Hope you all like it .
STEP 2.First in a pan add milk and rice . Boiled and cook the rice very well . Now add khejur gur and milkmaid . Make a thick payesh of it .
STEP 3.♦️Net Beetroot Patishapta♦️
STEP 4.First in a pan add grated coconut. dry roast it . Now add khajur gur. Make a sticky mixture of it . Stuffing off patishapta is ready.
STEP 5.Now in a bowl add rice flour, suji and beetroot juice, milk . Make a thin batter . Now pour it in a bottle.
STEP 6.Now hot a nonstick pan. Pour the batter in pan as a net shape. Carefully take it out . your net beetroot patishapta is ready .
STEP 7.Now For Plating place beetroot patishapta add some Coconut mixture in it . Rolled it out . Now Spread some payesh and some fresh flowers on it .
