  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 3/4 cloves Cloves Of Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 inch Ginger, Grated
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Pureed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • as required Fresh Cilantro, For Garnish

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add the ground pork and cook until it turns brown and releases its juices.
