  • STEP 1.Wash and chop the Indian gooseberries into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add the chopped gooseberries, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the gooseberries are soft.
  • STEP 4.Allow the mixture to cool and then blend it into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 5.In a bowl, whisk the yogurt and add the gooseberry paste. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and red chili. Once they splutter, add it to the pachadi.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
