- 1/2 cup masuri rice / dosa rice
- 1/4 cup coconut, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1.25 cup Water

How to Make Neer Dosa Recipe
Soak 1 cup rice for 5-6 hours.
Blend the soaked rice with ½ cup of coconut.
Add 1 tsp salt and 2½ cup water, mix well.
Make sure the batter is of thin consistency.
Now heat a pan and pour the batter.
Cover the pan with lid and cook for 1 minute on medium flame.
Do not flip the dosa as neer dosa does not require to cook on the other side.
Once the dosa is cooked completely fold the dosa and serve neer dosa hot with coconut chutney.
