Ingredients for Neer Dosa Recipe

  • 1/2 cup masuri rice / dosa rice
  • 1/4 cup coconut, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.25 cup Water

Directions: Neer Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak 1 cup rice for 5-6 hours.
  • STEP 2.Blend the soaked rice with ½ cup of coconut.
  • STEP 3.Add 1 tsp salt and 2½ cup water, mix well.
  • STEP 4.Make sure the batter is of thin consistency.
  • STEP 5.Now heat a pan and pour the batter.
  • STEP 6.Cover the pan with lid and cook for 1 minute on medium flame.
  • STEP 7.Do not flip the dosa as neer dosa does not require to cook on the other side.
  • STEP 8.Once the dosa is cooked completely fold the dosa and serve neer dosa hot with coconut chutney.
