  • 1/2 cup Neem Flowers
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • as needed A Few Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and chop the brinjal into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped brinjal and saut茅 until it becomes soft and cooked.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat oil and add neem flowers. Saut茅 for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add the saut茅ed neem flowers to the cooked brinjal and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and coriander powder. Mix well.
  • STEP 7.Cook for a few more minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
